See how much room you have left, before you contribute.
Contribution Room tracks your limits across Canadian and US registered accounts. Everything stays on your phone. No bank links, no ads, no account to create.
Replace these two buttons with your store links once the apps are live.
Example figures.
Built for people who use more than one account
Every registered account
Canada and the US, from TFSA and RRSP to 401(k), HSA, 529 and ABLE. Shared limits are handled, such as Spousal RRSP with RRSP and Roth with Traditional IRA.
Limits update themselves
When a new year's limit is published, the app picks it up without an app update.
Deadline reminders
RRSP day, FHSA and TFSA year-end, tax day and more, with reminders you choose.
Goals and monthly entries
Set a goal for the year and see how much to add each month. Log a regular contribution automatically or confirm each one.
Over-limit warning
See a rough tax estimate before you save an entry that goes over your room.
Profiles
Track a partner, or one profile per child for each RESP.
Private by design
Data stays on your device. Hide amounts, lock the app with your fingerprint, face or PIN, and back up to a file you control.
Widget, shortcut and more
A home-screen widget, a quick-add shortcut, CSV import, a PDF summary, light and dark mode, and French and Spanish.
Accounts covered
Free to start
One account per profile with room, history and deadlines.
Every account, profiles, goals, reminders, insights, exports and imports. Monthly or yearly, with a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. Prefer to pay once? A lifetime option is available in the app.
Prices are shown in the app, in your local currency.
Questions
Does it connect to my bank or brokerage?
No. You enter your contributions yourself, so nothing about your accounts leaves your phone.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your device. You can export a backup file and restore it on another phone.
Is the room it shows exact?
For accounts where the government publishes your personal room (such as TFSA, RRSP and FHSA in Canada), enter that figure once and the app carries it forward. Otherwise it shows an estimate from the annual limit and your entries. It is a tracking tool, not tax advice, so confirm with the CRA or the IRS.
How do new limits get added?
The app reads a small public file of limits and deadlines from this site. When a limit changes, that file is updated and the app uses it without a new release.
How do I cancel Premium?
In Google Play or your Apple ID subscription settings. The app has a Manage subscription button.
